  1. I can highly recommend 2 additional books. Not Under Bondage by Barbara Roberts, from Australia, and A Cry for Justice by Pastor Jeff Crippen of Tillamook, OR. P Jeff has recently published a new book I haven't read yet that I expect to be equally good dealing with abusers in the church. P Jeff and Barbara are the administrators at www.cryingoutforjustice.com, a site with a wealth of info and a shoulder for survivors.
